	Regular NGAAZ BOD Meetings The NGAAZ BOD meets on the third Thursday of each month at 1800 in CSMS conference room # 116 located at 1301 N. 52nd Street, Phoenix AZ. The annual National Guard Executive Directors Association (NGEDA) Meeting The annual NGEDA meeting is held in January of each year in NGAUS conference host city. The annual 2009 NGEDA meeting will be held January Nashville ,TN. The annual NGAAZ State Conference The annual NGAAZ State conference will be held May 16-17, 2008 at the Carefree Resort and Villas in Carefree AZ. The conference is generally held on Armed Forces Day weekend each year. The annual NGAUS national conference (for more details, go to ngaus.org) The 130TH Annual NGAUS conference will be held September 20-22, 2008 in Baltimore, MD. The 131ST Annual NGAUS conference will be held September 11-13, 2009 in Nashville, TN. The 132ND Annual NGAUS conference will be held in Austin, TX.
